Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Studio Pickup Orders

Items picked up from the studio are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of pickup. Please inspect your artwork in person during pickup. Any damage or concerns must be addressed before the item leaves the studio.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
